I normally go to Rowan Coffee whenever I'm in Asheville, but my wife and I decided to switch it up and try something new. Cooperative had absolutely phenomenal coffee. We had a cortado and an iced caramel latte, and both were great. They roast their own coffee, and I didn't ask, but I believe they make their own syrups as well. There was a good selection of pastries on hand to enjoy with your coffee as well. The environment was nice and spacious with plenty of tables. It was a little bit minimalistic, but that seems like a popular trend amongst a lot of newer coffee shops. Local art was advertised on the walls to compensate for some of this though. They had an outdoor seating area that looked cool. There is dedicated parking here, but it is a little bit limited.

Got a honey rose iced matcha and it is SO YUMMY. Staff is friendly and pleasant as well, love to see smiling faces. 🙂

After ordering my coffee beans from here for a while I was finally in town again and able to check out the store location! I got an iced latte with some extra espresso and my girlfriend got a dirty chai latte. I think I would go back and get either of them again. Not a ton of baked goods (at least from what I saw later in the morning) but I went for the coffee and was completely satisfied. Looking forward to ordering more beans online and visiting again when I am back in town.

Grew up here as a local to Asheville and have tried many different coffee shops in the area. Today was my first time trying Cooperative Coffee Roasters and I can easily say that they have the best iced caramel latte in town, hands down. Will be back sometime in the near future! ❤️

Best espresso and customer service in Asheville. Luis was dialed-in pulling flawless shots. Cappuccinos and coffee cake were delicious. Excited to try this bag of Gravity beans at home. Cheers!
